Making Outlook Work for You
Want a quick way to help streamline your email and find messages that follow a conversation?
Simple! The first thing to remember is to choose a category for each message that you send or receive. If you have 300 emails to categorize - don't faint! You can select a group of emails, right click, and then add a category to them at once. However, it must be the same category!
The best way to view email in Outlook is to have your reading pane on the right-hand side of the screen, with the preview pane in the middle, and the folder bar on the left.
Want to view messages by the conversation thread? Simply click on the "Arranged by" and choose conversation. There are other choices, so choose the one that helps you get rid of the messages!
